We collect your data only for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes (purpose limitation), and it will always be adequate, relevant, and proportionate to those purposes (data minimization). Common examples include:

- Job applications: employer communications, job-related skill assessments.

We may share data with employer clients or third‑party providers (e.g., analytics services), under strict contractual obligations to ensure they comply with PDPA standards.

If we use cookies or tools like Google Analytics, we’ll explain their purpose (e.g. to measure usage) and obtain informed consent where required. You may revoke this consent at any time.
10. Breach Notifications

11. Data Protection Officer (DPO)
If required under PDPA thresholds, we appoint a qualified DPO to oversee compliance and liaise with the regulator.
 12.Children’s Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If data is transferred outside Sri Lanka, we ensure adequate safeguards—such as standard contractual clauses or other measures acceptable under PDPA—to protect the data subjects.
